The Role

We have a new part-time opportunity available as a Bottle Preparation Attendant supporting our team with receiving, preparing and dispatching client bottle orders to collect environmental samples.
This is a part-time (25 hrs a week), permanent role. The shifts will be Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Daily duties will Ensuring all customer orders are filled and dispatched on time
Monitoring and managing all stock levels in the Bottle Store Area
Ensuring all bottles are prepared in accordance with the Quality procedures
Preparing sample bottles and maintaining adequate levels of stock
Dispatching sample bottles in accordance with bottle requests or standard orders
Ensuring bottles are sent as per dangerous regulations
Maintaining records of bottles and eskies dispatched
Ensuring the bottle preparation area is maintained in an orderly state
Ensuring bottles are forwarded to the QC staff on receipt for contamination checks
Managing incoming email inbox
The essentials
Able to work quickly, effectively, and accurately preparing container orders/containers
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks efficiently
Enjoy the mix of variety and repetitive tasks, such esky cleaning, bulk order preparation, and sample storage organization
Confident in basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, excel, word)
