Casual Barista Required - DAY TIME HOURS ONLY, NO NIGHTS!

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Casual Barista to join our large, supportive team.
Coffee is one of the most important parts of our business, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional coffee, every single time. An eye for detail, speed and consistency are absolutely integral to this role.
This is a casual position offering 25–40 hours per week, with weekend availability essential. All shifts are daytime only, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right person.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee in a fast-paced environment.
- Toasting paninis and preparing simple food.
- Making cold beverages, milkshakes and smoothies.
- Preparing cocktails and other drinks.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and well presented.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining the highest standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' barista experience (essential).
- Experience working in a high-volume venue producing more than 10kg of coffee per day is essential.
- A passion for producing outstanding coffee with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work with speed, consistency and accuracy, even during peak service.
- Strong milk texturing, coffee presentation and workflow management skills.
- Experience working in a busy hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, well presented and a genuine team player.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR TO COMMUTE TO WORK
