Lankan Tucker, operated by KROON KOLLECTIVE PTY LTD, is a growing retail food business in Melbourne specialising in Sri Lankan cuisine and grocery offerings. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager (General) to oversee daily operations and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards
Formulate and implement purchasing, marketing, and pricing strategies
Promote and advertise the establishment’s goods and services
Manage sales activities and customer service standards
Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
Undertake budgeting and monitor financial performance
Manage inventory and supplier relationships
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in stock control, budgeting, and sales performance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to implement marketing and promotional strategies
Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in business, retail management, or related field
OR equivalent industry experience
Salary: AUD $70,000 – $85,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
