We're a Perth-based sales company and the sole sales and lead-generation provider for the largest solar company in Australia.
We're growing our Perth team and looking for motivated people to join us across two areas:
Telesales / Appointment Setting
Speak with homeowners over the phone, generate interest and book qualified appointments for our solar consultants.
Door-to-Door Appointment Setting
Get out in the field, speak directly with homeowners, generate interest and book qualified appointments.
These are appointment-setting roles — you won't be responsible for closing the solar sale.

Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of solar or sales experience.
We're looking for people who are:
- Confident speaking with new people
- Competitive and motivated by results
- Energetic and willing to learn
- Comfortable working towards targets
- Driven to earn more than an average pay cheque
- Looking for an opportunity to develop within sales
Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, telesales, appointment setting or door-to-door is a bonus, but isn't essential.
We'll teach you the skills — you bring the attitude and work ethic.
