About the Role
We are looking for two reliable, self-managed retail team members to join our Macqua Fields-based operation. This role suits individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing their shift responsibly, and building strong customer relationships.
The environment is not high-pressure, however it does require awareness, accountability, and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and processing (experience preferred or willingness to learn)
- Inventory control and stock management
- Delivering consistent, professional customer service
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Cash handling, balancing, and daily cash management
- Maintaining store presentation and operational standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work independently without micro-management
- Honest, reliable, and accountable
- Alert, engaged, and proactive while on shift
