We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Female Personal Carers / Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients across Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist clients with mobility, community participation, and independence
- Support clients with mental health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability support (Australia)
- Experience in mental health support (desirable)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, roadworthy, and fully insured vehicle
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
