As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you will play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience.
As our Retail Customer Service Officer ,
You will be,
- Performing customer sales and service transactions with customer.
- Managing high value transactions accurately.
- Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as stock taking and record maintenance.
- Promoting our products and services through up selling and cross selling, merchandising and other promotional activities
- Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
Pay: $34.00 – $45.00 per hour
