ATCO Gas Australia owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network, providing an essential service to more than 800,000 homes and businesses across the state.
We're looking for a Planner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a busy and varied role where you'll coordinate customer requests, schedule site works and help keep activities moving efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

About the Role
As a Planner, you'll be responsible for managing site works requests, creating and monitoring work orders, and ensuring customers and stakeholders receive timely and accurate support. Working closely with field teams and internal departments, you'll play an important role in maintaining service standards and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Review customer requests and create work orders for site-based activities.

Manage incoming enquiries and prioritise requests through a shared Outlook mailbox.

Dispatch and monitor work orders, ensuring activities are completed and closed out accurately.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain workflow and meet service delivery targets.

Raise purchase orders, process invoices and assist with procurement activities.

Support reporting, data analysis and the maintenance of accurate operational records.
About You
You're someone who enjoys being organised, can adapt to changing priorities and takes pride in delivering great customer service. You're comfortable working across multiple systems, have strong attention to detail and enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
To be successful you'll bring:

Previous experience in a customer service, administration, planning or scheduling role.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Confidence working across multiple IT systems and databases.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using Microsoft Office 365.

SAP experience would be highly regarded.
