We're seeking passionate Youth Workers to join our FIFO team supporting young people in our therapeutic residential care homes in Central Queensland. You’ll become part of a dedicated team that plays a vital role in creating safe, stable and nurturing environments where young people can build trust, develop resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
Working across our Central Queensland services, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience, work alongside skilled leaders and Therapeutic Specialists, and develop your expertise within an evidence-informed therapeutic model. Every day presents new opportunities to learn, collaborate and make a lasting impact.
- Working 2-week swings, 5 days on, 2 days off
- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
