About the role:
Reporting to the Director – Commercial, this is a senior-level role where you’ll take ownership of delivering accurate, timely valuation reports, managing key client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of a high-performing commercial team.
You’ll also mentor junior valuers, contribute to strategic initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business and client network.
You are an experienced commercial property professional with strong technical capability and a passion for client service and leadership.
- Certified Practicing Valuer with 5+ years’ experience (desirable)
- Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute (API)
- Strong commercial valuation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A collaborative leadership style and mentoring capability
