The Role
As a Paediatric OT, you'll support children and young people with diverse developmental, functional, and disability-related needs. You'll assess, plan, and deliver individualised, evidence-based interventions — working closely with children, families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

What You'll Do

Delivering clinical services with a sustainable therapy hour target of 25 Therapy Hours/Week
- Co-design meaningful therapy goals with children, parents, and carers
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Support fine/gross motor development, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, play, and social/school participation
- Track progress and adapt plans as needed
- Coach and support families with practical home strategies
- Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
- Liaise with support coordinators, educators, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare professional reports
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 6 months' clinical experience (paediatric experience highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of child development and OT practice
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping kids thrive
- Commitment to family-centred, strengths-based, evidence-informed practice
