About the role
We have an opportunity for a Team Leader - Personnel Services to be part of our Payroll Services, HR Transactional Services, Shared Services Command. The Team Leader - Personnel Services provides direction, supervision and support to the personnel team in their delivery of personnel services including the investigation and resolution of personnel issues and the collection of information from other government agencies and external organisations to meet HR Transactional Services requirements and service level agreements.
This is a key leadership role within Payroll Operations, overseeing specialised payroll hubs and the accurate, timely delivery of payroll for the entire organisation. The role provides opportunities to lead teams, strengthen quality assurance, drive continuous improvement and manage complex priorities in a fast paced environment.
