The Role
We are seeking an accomplished Special Counsel to join our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team in Brisbane, an industry-leading practice for both ER/IR and Safety, led by two partners who are highly recognised.
You will work alongside partners on complex advisory, litigation and regulatory matters across the full spectrum of employment, industrial relations and WHS law. You will also have the autonomy to manage your own client relationships and drive practice development initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
10+ years’ PQE in a reputable employment law and/or safety practice
Strong technical capability across advisory, contentious and regulatory matters
A collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring junior lawyers
Confidence managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Ambition to progress to partnership and help shape the future of the practice
