Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services in a community setting, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment to clients in their homes.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and their families on treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working in a community setting is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Own car with valid insurance.
- Willingness to travel between Newcastle and the Central Coast.
- Valid driver's license.
