Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years full time equivalent experience working the clinical area of your qualification?

Give a brief overview of what education training and clinically relevant experience you bring with you to the role?

Are you accredited and experienced in the administration and management of cytotoxic (chemotherapy) and biological therapies, as well as accredited in Central Venous Access Devices (CVADs), cannulation, and venepuncture?
Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P- ? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.

Describe your ability to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive nursing care, including how you communicate and collaborate with patients, carers and multidisciplinary teams to meet care needs both independently and as part of a team.
Describe your experience and skills relevant to clinical trials or research nursing, including your understanding of clinical trial principles, organisational and communication skills, use of electronic medical records and computer systems, and involvement in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement activities that would make you suitable for a CNS2 position
