About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and dismantling formwork, interpreting plans, and ensuring high-quality workmanship across a range of projects.
Key Duties
Construct, install, and strip formwork for concrete structures
Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
Measure, cut, shape, and join timber, plywood, and steel
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain compliance with WHS standards
Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and trades
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in formwork carpentry (essential)
Ability to read plans and drawings accurately
Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
White Card (Construction Induction)
Physically fit, reliable, and a good team player
Driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)

Annual salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + super
