Our Customer Service Representatives play a pivotal role in supporting all patient services across our Burleigh Heads Contact Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing patients—making outbound calls to patients who have booked online, responding to enquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, care, and professionalism. This is a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment that supports our clinics and dispensaries 7 days a week.

What you’ll do
A typical day includes:

Answering, screening, and prioritising incoming calls and enquiries
- Managing patient queries across both clinic and dispensary services
- Initiating follow‑up calls to patients who have left messages
- Conducting new‑patient onboarding calls
- Supporting administrative tasks across the group
- Demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow within the plant‑based medicine space
