About the Role
Are you a customer service professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy environment? Join Better Health Network's Oral Health team and become the welcoming first point of contact for our community dental clinics.
In this rewarding role, you'll support clients to access affordable oral healthcare while helping our clinics run smoothly alongside a team of 37 dental professionals.

About You
You are organised, proactive and genuinely enjoy helping people. You can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm and friendly approach.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a busy customer service, medical reception or dental reception role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong administrative, organisational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Experience with Titanium or similar practice management software (desirable).
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable but not essential).A compassionate and respectful approach when supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

Reporting to the Program Lead, Oral Health, you will:
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations and clinician diaries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Process payments, health fund claims and financial transactions.
- Coordinate interpreters and support clients with diverse needs.
- Liaise with clinicians, specialists, laboratories and couriers.
- Assist community members to access affordable oral health services.
- Handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain privacy, confidentiality and quality standards.
