Support Worker / – 1 Hour Daily Tues-Fri
We are seeking a Support Worker to assist a gentleman with poor mobility following a long hospital stay. This is a short, daily visit to support his recovery and ensure safe routines at home.
Shift Details
- 1 hour per day most days 2 hrs needed
- Ongoing role
- Trial shift required this weekend
- Location: Mosman NSW
About the Client
- Recently discharged after an extended hospital admission
- Experiencing reduced mobility and requires safe, steady support
- Gentle, cooperative, and appreciative of calm, professional assistance
Duties
- Mobility support and safe transfers
- Light personal care (as required)
- Medication prompting (if applicable)
- Basic meal prep or hydration support
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Encouraging safe routines and confidence at home
- Must Drive
Requirements
- Support Worker
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Experience with mobility support or post‑hospital care
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
