About the Role
We are an established Indian grocery wholesale business supplying retailers across Australia. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Storeperson with prior experience in the Indian retail or wholesale sector to support our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders for Indian grocery retailers
- Receiving stock and verifying quantities and product types
- Dispatching orders and preparing pallets for delivery
- Container unloading and stock put-away
- Inventory management, stock counts, and basic stock control
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the warehouse
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in the Indian retail or wholesale sector (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Indian grocery products (atta, rice, spices, snacks, FMCG items, etc.)
- Prior warehouse experience in picking, packing, and stock handling
- Physically fit and able to lift cartons and assist with container unloading
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
