About the Role
As a Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of projects that contribute to organisational and operational success aligned with the O’Kane review. Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business, you will help develop practical solutions, improve processes, and ensure staff have access to clear and effective procedures.
You will have the opportunity to influence meaningful change by providing, analysis and project support that informs decision-making and drives continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of projects from initiation through to implementation and evaluation.
- Preparing project plans, reports, briefs, presentations and other key documentation.
- Monitoring project milestones, risks, issues and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Researching operational practices to support business improvement initiatives.
- Developing and reviewing procedures and guidance materials to support operational excellence.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engaging with stakeholders, facilitating consultations and coordinating working groups and meetings.
