Construction Labourer – Basement & Concrete Works

BaseStruct is a growing basement and concrete construction company seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. We specialise in basement construction, excavation support, concrete structures, and associated civil works across residential and commercial projects.
About the Role:
You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and machine operators, assisting with a variety of construction tasks on active job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site labouring and housekeeping
- Assisting with concrete pours, formwork, and reinforcing
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Following safety procedures and site instructions
- Supporting trades and supervisors as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
- White Card (required)
- Driver's licence and own transport preferred
- Ability to work well within a team environment
