Challenger Services Group is seeking motivated and dependable Full-Time Aged Care Cleaners to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. In this role, you'll help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout an aged care community, supporting residents to live in a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment.
Every day, you'll play an important role in helping residents, visitors, and staff enjoy a clean and welcoming space they can be proud of.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Castle Hill, NSW
As a Facility Cleaner, you'll be responsible for:

Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, communal areas, dining areas, and staff facilities.

Completing daily cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and waste removal.

Maintaining high levels of hygiene and presentation throughout the facility.

Assisting with infection prevention measures through the cleaning and sanitisation of high-contact surfaces.

Replenishing consumables such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Identifying and reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.

Following all cleaning schedules, infection control requirements, and safe work procedures.

Contributing to a positive experience for residents, families, and visitors through professional and respectful interactions.
You'll be someone who:

Has previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or aged care experience (preferred but not essential).

Takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning standards.

Is reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.

Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Enjoys working both independently and within a team environment.

Understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting resident health and wellbeing.

Holds a valid Police Check or is willing to obtain one.

Holds an NDIS Worker Check or is willing to obtain one (Mandatory).

Has received at least two COVID-19 vaccinations and a current Influenza vaccination (Mandatory).
