- Salary: $66,442 – $69,504 per annum - adjusted to hours worked
- Part-Time, 30 hours per week – 3 August 2026 to 25 Jun 2027
This role provides high-quality administrative and customer service support within a busy health service environment, acting as a key first point of contact for internal and external clients. Responsibilities include responding to telephone and in-person enquiries, providing accurate information and assistance, directing visitors appropriately, managing appointments and resources, and ensuring clear and professional communication at all times. The position also supports effective team operations by building strong working relationships with colleagues and assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks as required.
In addition, the role contributes to the efficient management of business services through data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of both electronic and hardcopy files in line with legislative and organisational requirements. Duties include processing invoices, ordering supplies, supporting IT and help desk functions, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, workplace health and safety, and organisational policies, while demonstrating cultural awareness, professional development, and a commitment to quality public sector service delivery.

Deliver a range of administrative and clerical services, including scheduling appointments, managing resources, processing invoices, and supporting general office operations.
Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records by updating, filing, retrieving, and securely managing client and organisational documentation in line with policies and legislation.
Support internal teams and leadership by assisting with IT troubleshooting, data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
Contribute to a safe, compliant, and continuously improving workplace by adhering to organisational policies, participating in training, and supporting quality and service improvement activities.
