About the Role:
Deliver high-quality care while working closely with patients, doctors, and healthcare professionals, contributing ideas and taking ownership within a supportive team.
Dispense medications accurately and provide professional counselling to patients
Offer expert advice on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication dispensing
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and pharmacy procedures
Drive improvements in pharmacy services, operations, and the customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to delivering evidence-based care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A patient-first mindset and dedication to ongoing professional development
Ambition to take ownership, influence decision-making, and grow with the business
