Haileybury welcomes applications for the role of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our Central Administration team. This is a casual position commencing as soon as possible.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the School’s Main Reception. As the first point of contact for students, families, staff, visitors and the broader community, you will deliver exceptional customer service while providing high-quality administrative and reception support, creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who interacts with the School.
Key Responsibilities
As the casual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant you will:
- Reception duties – including distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and email.
- Manage parent, staff, student and community enquiries.
- Manage and maintain multiple shared meeting room calendars.
- Reconcile relevant office accounts and process invoices.
- Support student administration, including attendance record processing.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of school events.
- Undertake other duties as directed to support the effective operation of the School.
