The Opportunity
The Senior Coordinator, Global Programs and Partnerships is responsible for advancing the Monash Business School International Strategy by coordinating global education initiatives with a strong emphasis on Transnational Education partnerships and student mobility.The role actively collaborates with senior academic leaders, partner institutions, Monash Abroad, and the University’s Global Engagement units to ensure cohesive delivery and alignment with broader strategic goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of Transnational Education programs by managing complex administrative functions, supporting governance processes, and delivering a high quality student experience. You will provide specialist advice, contribute to data analysis and reporting, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
As the successful candidate, you will bring demonstrated expertise in coordinating efficient execution of high-level administrative operations with a strong commitment to service excellence. You will possess advanced planning and organisational abilities, coupled with proven experience in managing competing priorities and driving process improvements. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build productive stakeholder relationships, provide expert advice, and effectively use business software and systems to support operational outcomes.
