Join Our Team as Contract Administrator
Network has been a respected industry player for over 33 years, based in Sydney and operating across various projects in Sydney and Central Coast. We specialize in offering integrated Remedial building repair services to our clients in strata and commercial sectors and as well is active in D&C Builder to Hospitality Industry
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in remedial building and commercial construction sectors.
We're in search of a hands on proactive individual who is a team player to join our team as a Contract Administrator. Who has a proven track record in the industry in this role, you'll be responsible to assist with your experience in the Industry for delivering successful projects.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 5-8 years of contract administration experience within the construction industry.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with Managing day-to-day activities and workforce across multiple sites.in conjunction with Project Managers
- Regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
- Manage project documentation and correspondence
- Provide general Support to project director and project team with scheduling work
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment claims with bookkeeper
- Engaging Subcontractors-purchase of materials, etc
- Handling variations
- Ensuring compliance with Networks WHS system and standards.
- Resolving on-site issues and seeking technical advice when needed.
- Assisting with Delivering projects on time, within budget, and specifications.
- Assist Senior Project Manager on our Construction division as required
- Review and filing of site documentation
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory for this role.
Pay: $71,710.48 – $90,000.00 per year
