AI Engineer
Level: Mid–Senior
Employment Type: Flexible (0.2–1.0 FTE), including full-time and part-time appointments.
About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you will develop intelligent enterprise applications powered by modern AI technologies. You will design, implement, and optimize AI systems combining LLMs with scalable data infrastructure to solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications powered by LLMs.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
- Build AI-powered knowledge systems and retrieval solutions.
- Evaluate AI models and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy production-ready AI applications.
- Explore and implement emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of research and/or engineering experience.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or intelligent data systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
Preferred
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases, graph databases, or cloud AI platforms.
