Front of House (FOH) Staff – Indian Restaurant

About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Staff to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will provide outstanding customer service while ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Answer customer enquiries and make menu recommendations.
- Process payments and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Set up and clear tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant throughout service.
- Assist with takeaway, delivery, and catering orders when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid Australian work rights.
