RVB Energy is a fast growing solar and battery installation company based in Victoria. We design and install high performance energy systems for Australian homes and businesses.
With demand continuing to grow, we are expanding our sales team with experienced solar sales professionals who know how to close deals and build strong relationships with customers.
The Role
We are looking for experienced solar sales professionals to join our Melbourne team. This role focuses on converting qualified leads into customers and delivering a high level consultation experience for homeowners exploring solar and battery solutions.
You will be working with high quality leads and expected to confidently guide customers through the process, from initial enquiry through to signed agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with homeowners on solar and battery solutions
- Convert company generated leads into confirmed installations
- Understand customer energy needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to signed agreement
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with design and installation teams
Requirements
- Proven solar sales experience with a strong closing track record
- Confidence handling customers and overcoming objections
- Strong understanding of solar and battery systems
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated and results driven
- Valid driver’s licence
