Royal Dental Care is a growing and patient-focused dental group with multiple modern practices across Sydney. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our team and provide exceptional patient care.

About the Role
As an Oral Health Therapist, you will play a key role in promoting oral health and delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care to our patients. You will work alongside a supportive team of dentists, specialists, dental assistants, and practice managers in a modern clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral health examinations and risk assessments
- Perform dental hygiene treatments, including scaling and periodontal maintenance
- Provide preventive treatments such as fluoride applications and fissure sealants
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes
- Collaborate with the wider clinical team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor Degree in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Oral Health Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient care and oral health education
