Your Role:
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Safely load and unload goods and pallets from trucks, linehaul trailers, local vehicles, and inbound containers
- Perform daily put away and replenishment using a High Reach forklift, ensuring all pallets are placed safely, squarely, and securely in the correct warehouse locations (including Level 5-6 racking)
- Ensure pallets are stable, undamaged, and correctly positioned to maintain a safe working environment
- Meet loading, unloading, replenishment, and put away targets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and zero damage
- Conduct manual handling and order picking as required
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with all company policies and OH&S requirements
To be successful, you must have:
- Valid LF (High Reach) forklift licence - mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a High Reach forklift in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in operating a High Reach forklift, including Level 5-6 racking
- Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety and OH&S requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
