We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. The role involves supporting chefs and kitchen staff in the preparation of food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Unpack and store deliveries safely and correctly
- Empty rubbish bins and ensure kitchen waste is disposed of properly
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff as required during service
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
