In this role, you will play an important part in driving sales activity, building buyer and vendor engagement, and supporting the broader sales process. This is a candidate-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying close to market activity, and contributing to a fast-moving residential property environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities and sales leads

Attend open homes, private inspections and auctions

Manager buyer relationships, including open home follow-up calls

Liaise with the administration team to ensure properties are presented to a high standard

Prepare and distribute letterbox drop marketing campaigns

Assist in negotiating sales with prospective buyers

Prepare vendor reports

Attend market appraisal appointments with sales agents (where required)

Conduct Just Listed and Just Sold calls to database contacts

Notify buyers of off-market and pre-market opportunities

Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and engagement

Prepare listing presentations and conduct regular market research

Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email and text message
Requirements

Excellent customer service.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales, including at least 2 years of end-to-end sales experience.

At least 2 years of experience in prospecting for residential property sales and managing buyer relationships in a residential property sales environment.

Experience preparing and delivering listing presentations for residential property sales.

Must be based within 20km of Muswellbrook.

Holds a real estate agent licence or assistant agent registration.
