Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to oversee procurement, supplier and inventory management activities supporting our Woodie Woodie site operations during a period of business and systems transformation.
Reporting to the Principal Commercial, the Procurement Supervisor is responsible for leading procurement and inventory activities to support site operational continuity, improve commercial outcomes, and strengthen supply chain capability.
You will oversee supplier performance, procurement governance, contract management, ERP procurement processes, inventory optimisation, and freight coordination for remote operations, while providing leadership to the procurement team through system and operational change.

Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement, supplier and inventory activities to support operational continuity
Support supplier negotiations, contracts and preferred supplier agreements
Monitor supplier performance, procurement risks and market trends to improve commercial outcomes
Manage Oracle ERP procurement and inventory processes, including PO variances, reorder logic and inventory governance
Lead and develop the procurement team through operational and ERP transition
Manage procurement KPIs, reporting, budgets and forecasting support
Drive inventory optimisation, supply chain efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate freight logistics for remote operations and manage supplier relationships and commercial risks
Skills and Experiences:
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in a similar procurement, supply chain or inventory role
ERP procurement and inventory experience (Oracle preferred)
Strong supplier relationship and contract management skills
Experience coordinating freight and managing supplier performance in operational environments
WA C Class Driver’s License
Desired Experience
Mining, resources or heavy industry experience
Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP Cloud experience
Procurement or supply chain qualifications (Cert IV, tertiary or CIPS)
Experience in inventory optimisation and strategic supplier arrangements
Contracts management experience
