Support Worker – Armadale/ Brookdale, VIC
Duty Care Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate support worker to provide one-on-one assistance to a female client in Brookdale, WA. This role may include personal care, community access, and support with daily living tasks to help the client maintain independence and engagement in their community.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in disability support, aged care, or personal care assistance
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if required)
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
- Kind, patient, and respectful attitude
- Comfortable supporting clients in community and home settings
Mandatory Registrations & Qualifications:
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation
- National Police Check
- Access to a smartphone or other device with internet access
- Agreement to sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participant information
