This role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional who is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing multi-brand restaurant group. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in supporting venue operations, team development and future business growth across our portfolio of brands.
Key responsibilities include:
1) Administration & Business Support
- Maintain company records, licences and business documentation
- Prepare weekly meeting reports and administrative materials
- Support directors and venue managers with day-to-day business administration
2) Accounts & Invoice Coordination
- Process supplier invoices and payment requests
- Monitor outstanding invoices and supplier statements
- Assist with basic Xero administration and record keeping
3) Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors and service providers
- Assist with supplier onboarding and account setup
- Coordinate landlord, utility and maintenance-related matters
4) Compliance & Licensing Support
- Assist with liquor licence, council and regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance records and renewal schedules
- Support insurance renewals and business registrations
5) Systems & Operations Support
- Assist with OpenTable, POS and delivery platform administration
- Monitor Tyro, Square and Stripe settlement records
- Support new venue projects and operational improvements
6) Project & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate communication with marketing agencies and external partners
- Track project timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
- Support communication with Korean headquarters and overseas partners
