About the Role
Executive Personal Concierge is seeking a reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide professional support to the Directors and clients. This role involves a mix of administrative, lifestyle, and coordination tasks, ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Assist with personal errands and day-to-day tasks
- Organise bookings, reservations, and events
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s licence essential
- Modern reliable vehicle is required
