What you'll be doing
As a Rotational Pharmacist, you'll provide high-quality pharmaceutical services that support safe, effective and evidence-based medication management for patients across a range of clinical settings. You'll play a key role in delivering patient-focused care while developing your clinical skills through diverse rotations.
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
- Ensure the safe, accurate dispensing and distribution of medications in line with legislative and hospital requirements.
- Provide evidence-based medicine information and promote the quality use of medicines.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians, students and support staff as required.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, education activities and rotational roster requirements, including weekends, overtime and on-call services.

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy
- Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated excellent communication skills
2. Demonstrated good therapeutic knowledge
3. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and have good time management skills
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision when required
5. Willing and able to participate in all aspects of sterile (including cytotoxic drugs) manufacturing
6. Willing and able to work overtime and weekends and on call as per departmental rosters
