As a Trainee Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to learn on the job, gain practical experience and develop your skills while being supported by an experienced team.
Alongside working with talented people in an Exceeding service, you’ll have the opportunity to learn in our beautiful, purpose-built environment, converted to create an inspiring and engaging space for both children and Educators.

- Begin your career in Early Childhood Education as a trainee
- Work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development
- Learn how to create safe, engaging and inclusive environments
- Contribute to daily routines, play experiences, and meaningful interactions with children
- Work full time and have your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education course paid for while gaining hands-on experience
- Receive mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support from leaders and peers
- Eager to learn, grow and thrive in a team environment
- Motivated, reliable and genuinely enthusiastic about Early Childhood Education
- Strong communicator who values teamwork and collaboration
- Able to follow directions, safety procedures and centre guidelines
- School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Complete a Prohibition Declaration as part of the recruitment process
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- This is a full-time role with a rostered day off once a month
- No prior experience required – just a positive attitude and commitment to learning
