As a Room Attendant at qualia, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards expected at one of Australia’s leading luxury resorts. You’ll ensure every pavilion is immaculate and guest-ready while delivering attentive and discreet service.

Immaculate cleaning and servicing of luxury guest pavilions

Efficiently clean an assigned number of pavilions each shift

Replenish guest amenities, towels, and linen as required

Maintain housekeeping trolleys and service areas

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly

Support the delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences

Uphold qualia’s presentation and housekeeping standards at all times
You are detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. You take pride in maintaining luxury standards and enjoy working in a supportive team environment.

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a 5-star housekeeping environment

Current open/unrestricted Driver Licence (Essential)

Strong communication and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards

Physically fit and capable of performing a hands-on role

Commitment to the role for 9–12 months minimum
