About the role
As our Member Engagement & Reception Officer for Victoria, you’ll support delivery of member events, communications and reception services across Victoria. Reporting to the Member Engagement Team Lead, you’ll work closely with internal teams, RACGP members and service providers to help create engaging member experiences and faculty communications.
As our Member Engagement & Reception Officer, you'll also:
Coordinate event logistics including registrations, communications, stakeholder liaison and on-the-day support for faculty activities across Victoria.
Prepare and distribute member communications including newsletters, EDMs, social media content and promotional materials.
Provide professional reception and front desk services, including managing enquiries, visitors, mail, couriers and security access passes.
Support continuous improvement activities, reporting requirements and collaboration with internal teams, RACGP members and external service providers.
Support member engagement activities for the Victoria Faculty
Skills & Experience
Experience coordinating events and member activities
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
High attention to detail and organisation
Customer-focused with admin and reception experience
