About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced developer who can translate technical and operational requirements into intuitive dashboards, implement observability standards, and support proactive monitoring across complex environments.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Grafana dashboard development, data source integration, monitoring architecture, alerting, and visualization best practices, with the ability to work closely with business, dev-ops and application teams and facilitate coordination between them of shared systems.
What you will bring to the role·
- Design, develop, and uplift Grafana dashboards for operational BI reporting across NEM, WEM, and GAS.
- Configure dashboards using Denodo datasets, with no direct connectivity to source systems.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful visualisations, including charts, panels, and alerts.
- Ensure dashboards are optimised for performance, usability, and operational effectiveness.
- Implement dashboard templates, standards, and best practices to maintain consistency across reports.
- Configure user access, roles, and permissions in line with security and governance requirements.
- Work closely with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to validate KPI calculations, metrics, and reporting outputs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard issues, visualisation errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and configure alerting and monitoring capabilities to support operational use cases.
- Ensure dashboards function correctly across all modes of operation scenarios using the available datasets.
- Maintain documentation covering dashboard design, data sources, configurations, and deployment processes.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
