Two OT Roles Now Open
Little TheraPeas is looking for two fabulous OTs to join our vibrant, passionate team.
We’re currently hiring for:
- A Paediatric Occupational Therapist(to start in August)
- An Adult Occupational Therapist
Both positions are full-time and based in beautiful Little Mountain (Caloundra), QLD – think great coffee, and a seriously awesome clinic full of good humans.
A Bit About The Role
You’ll be doing what you trained for – helping people live fuller, easier, more meaningful lives. Your days will be full of creativity, collaboration, laughter, problem-solving, and the occasional session that makes your heart feel full.
You will:
- Conduct thorough, individualised assessments to truly understand your clients’ needs
- Deliver engaging, effective therapy tailored to real-life goals
- Work closely with a team of other allied health professionals to give clients wrap-around support
- Maintain clear documentation using our streamlined systems
- Actively contribute to team discussions and service improvements
- Access professional development that actually helps you grow (and enjoy it)
What We’re Looking For
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (bachelor’s or master’s)
- Minimum two years’ experience
- Solid clinical reasoning and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Confidence in communication and the ability to connect well with clients, families, and colleagues
- A problem-solving mindset and genuine passion for helping people thrive
