About the Role
In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store performance. This includes driving sales and profitability, ensuring operational and inventory excellence, maintaining high visual merchandising and service standards, delivering accurate reporting, and leading, developing, and engaging a high-performing team in a positive and ethical environment.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally bring:
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do approach
- Experience in high-volume inventory management
- Proven experience managing or supervising in a fast-paced, premium or customer-focused retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
- Confidence working with standard retail KPIs and performance measures
- A genuine passion for the Bath & Body Works brand and customer experience
- A positive, engaging, and collaborative leadership style, with a strong focus on team culture
