What we are looking for:
- Chef's - Trade Qualifications with at least 2 years+ experience in a similar role
- Cooks with previous experience in a busy kitchen
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
- The ability to adapt to challenges, Quick thinker and works well in a small or large team.
- Ability to maintain a calmly and respectfully.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- A team spirit, bright and positive demeanour.
