- Salary: $71,589 to $76,033 – ASO3 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months
Overview:
- The Program Officer provides an important role in coordinating the day to day needs of Clinical Leadership and Team Effectiveness Unit’s program participants, facilitators and Program Leads. This includes responding to and resolving a range of queries and liaising with staff of participating health sites and external agencies to facilitate successful program delivery.
- The position coordinates and provides a range of responsive, reliable and comprehensive program administrative and support functions for the Clinical Leadership and Team Effectiveness Unit including; maintaining program and attendance databases and issue logs; scheduling meetings; preparing correspondence; and undertaking preparations for workshop delivery.
- The Program Officer also contributes to the improvement and efficiency of systems and processes that deliver programs managed by the Clinical Leadership and Team Effectiveness Unit.

- A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
