Saturday Bartending Staff – Tokar Estate Cellar Door
Tokar Estate is seeking friendly, energetic and reliable bartending staff to join our Cellar Door team from September.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, social environment and takes pride in providing warm, efficient service. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team, serving wine, beer and simple cocktails while helping create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
- Run drinks to guests across the Cellar Door, pergola and lawn areas
- Assist with light food preparation, plating and serving
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar area
- Assist with bar setup, restocking and pack down
- Process customer orders and payments accurately
- Support the wider Cellar Door team during busy service periods
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol and follow venue procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, confident and professional approach
- Confidence carrying trays and running drinks across the venue
- Previous bar and hospitality experience
- The ability to stay organised and work well during busy periods
Hours & Availability
Saturday availability is essential, with shifts generally ranging from four to six hours.
Additional Sunday shifts will also be available during the busy summer season, along with event shifts.
The position will commence in September and is offered on a casual basis, with flexibility in hours for the right person. Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
RSA certification and unrestricted Australian working rights are required
