We are seeking an experienced Cold Larder Cook / Catering Assistant to join one of Australia’s fastest-growing catering companies at our busy university residential dining facility in Bedford Park.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, and making sandwiches and salads
- Assisting the cooking for hot breakfasts
- Plating and serving meals to residents
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- Assisting with the preparation and service of functions and conferences
- Adhering to strict food hygiene, security, and safety practices
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Previous experience in kitchen operations and service
- The ability to organise tasks effectively and work collaboratively with other team members
- Reliability and availability for the required rostered hours
- A motivated and enthusiastic attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Exceptional food safety and cleanliness practices
- A solid understanding of OH&S and food safety requirements
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak service periods
